How long will my pen last?
Every pen is the same 3ml cartridge with 12 needles; only the strength inside changes. Most are built around roughly a month of typical use, though your programme decides it.

What are peptides, in plain English?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids: the same building blocks proteins are made from. Your body already produces thousands of them naturally. How should I store them?
Once you receive a vial, refrigerate it unopened. Once reconstituted, keep it chilled and use it within the window stated on the product page. Full storage guidance comes with every order.
How long does delivery take, and where do you ship?
UK orders: typically 2–3 working days. EU orders: typically 3–7 working days. Rest of world: case-by-case. Message us before ordering outside UK/EU and we'll confirm.
