Partner Terms v1.0
CurrentEffective 24 April 2026
MYOTECH Partner Programme Terms
Version 1.0 - interim working terms.
These terms are intended to give partners a clear, practical rulebook while MYOTECH's formal legal terms are being prepared. They are not the final lawyer-approved wording. When the final terms are issued, partners may be asked to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use the dashboard.
1. Programme relationship
You are joining the MYOTECH partner programme as an independent referral partner. You are not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venture partner, or legal representative of MYOTECH. You must not make commitments, guarantees, refunds, offers, or promises on MYOTECH's behalf unless MYOTECH has confirmed them in writing.
2. Approved promotion
Partners may promote MYOTECH through approved referral links, referral codes, content, email, social channels, and other channels that are lawful and appropriate for the audience. Promotion must be honest, accurate, and consistent with MYOTECH's current product positioning.
You must not:
- present yourself as MYOTECH support, MYOTECH staff, or an official MYOTECH account;
- use misleading pricing, discount, delivery, stock, or availability claims;
- run paid ads against MYOTECH brand terms without written permission;
- send spam, scrape contact details, buy email lists, or contact people who have not opted in;
- use content that is discriminatory, abusive, sexually explicit, deceptive, or damaging to the MYOTECH brand.
3. Compliance and product claims
MYOTECH products must be promoted responsibly. Partners must not make medical, therapeutic, disease-treatment, cure, prevention, diagnosis, or dosage claims unless MYOTECH has supplied approved wording for that exact claim.
Do not state or imply that a MYOTECH product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not encourage unsafe use, clinical use, or use that conflicts with the product page, label, or local rules in the audience's jurisdiction.
If MYOTECH asks you to edit, remove, or stop using a claim, asset, page, advert, or post, you must do so promptly.
4. Referral tracking and commission
Commission is tracked through approved referral links, referral codes, or other tracking methods made available in the partner dashboard. MYOTECH will use its tracking records to decide whether an order is attributed to a partner.
Commission is only payable on qualifying orders that are paid, valid, and not refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise excluded. Self-referrals, artificial orders, test orders, and attempts to manipulate attribution do not qualify.
MYOTECH may correct tracking errors, reverse invalid commission, and withhold commission while a sale is under review.
5. Payouts and tax
Payouts are made using the payout process shown in the dashboard. You must provide accurate bank or payout details before payment can be made. MYOTECH may apply a minimum payout threshold, validation period, and refund or chargeback window before releasing funds.
You are responsible for your own tax reporting, filings, invoices, social security, and other obligations that apply to your partner income.
6. Brand assets and content
MYOTECH grants partners a limited, revocable permission to use approved MYOTECH names, logos, product images, creative assets, and copy solely to promote MYOTECH under this programme. You must not alter assets in a way that misrepresents the brand or products.
All goodwill in the MYOTECH brand remains with MYOTECH. If your account ends, or MYOTECH asks you to stop using an asset, you must remove it from active promotion.
7. Data and confidentiality
You must handle any customer, prospect, partner, or MYOTECH business information responsibly and only for legitimate partner programme purposes. Do not share private dashboard data, payout information, unpublished commercial terms, customer information, or internal communications without permission.
8. Suspension, termination, and reviews
MYOTECH may pause tracking, withhold payouts, suspend access, or close a partner account if there is suspected fraud, compliance risk, brand risk, breach of these terms, or misuse of the programme.
If an account is closed, valid approved commissions may still be paid at MYOTECH's discretion after review. Invalid, refunded, fraudulent, or non-compliant commissions may be declined or reversed.
9. Changes to these terms
MYOTECH may update the partner terms from time to time. If an update is material, partners may be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the dashboard. Continuing to participate after accepting an updated version means you agree to that version.
